-
Spread the canopy out on the ground with
striped side up in the position you desire.
-
Assemble all the poles.
-
Lay out side poles and stakes along the canopy
where they will be attached.
-
Drive stakes into the ground 3-5 feet out from
the canopy. 2 for each corner at right angles and one between corners as
needed.
-
Loop canopy guy lines over stakes.
-
Now you are ready to start setting up the
canopy. Always begin and end in a corner. If your yard is sloped,
begin at a corner on the slope.
-
All poles are attached to the tent by
sliding the tip through the brass grommet or attached washer and metal rings
(if it has one). Make sure the pole is on the inside of the small rope
that is on the inside edge of the canopy.
-
Put up all corner poles and lightly tighten
guy lines, just enough to keep the pole upright.
-
Put up the side poles and lightly tighten
guy lines, just enough to keep the pole upright.
-
Place the center poles in position.
-
Make sure all poles are in straight lines.
Pull all the guy lines tight! A properly set up tent will not have any
"droopy spots".
-
Enjoy!
